1. Fresh towels, 300ml mineral water bottle and cold drink upon arrival (juice or soda) – $10 per person

2. Bouquet and Welcome letter – $12

3. On arrival or during safari welcome gift hamper – $25 for 2 pax

   • Basket includes: Seasonal fruit, Juice/Soda, Confectionery, Crisps, Dried fruits, Biscuits, Yoghurt, Fruits, Country specialities

   • Extra: $6 per person for additional clients

4. Children special – $15 per child

   • Gifts depend on age, possible items: Games, Variety of colors, Coloring book/pad, Story books, Confectionery, Child traditional souvenirs

   • 3 items from the above list

5. On arrival or after safari gifts – $10 to $100 per person

   • Items may include: Traditional gifts for couples, Country Souvenir, Mug, Maasai Shuka, T-shirts, Traditional cloth/Kanga, Bags, Magnets, Paintings, Recycled items, Coffee, Nut butters

6. Car seats (3 months – 5 years) – $10 per day

7. Special Lunch Box – $25 per person

   • Hot, fresh, high-quality homemade meals

   • Variety of cuisines, dietary requests accepted (Veg, Kosher, Halal, etc.)

   • Lunchboxes branded with company logo

8. Fruit and Snack packs – $10 to $20 per person (depending on safari days)

9. In-the-car complements – $35 for 2 pax (enough for 5–6 day safari)

   • Assorted tea flavors, Coffee, Assorted biscuits, Creamer, Drinking chocolate, Insulated mugs, Thermos

10. Utensils Picnic Basket – $30 per lunch for 5 pax

    • Includes crockeries, hot pots, picnic mat for warm bush lunches

11. Sundowner – $30 for 2 pax

    • Basket after game-drive during sunset

    • Includes assorted nuts, cheese boards, cookies, fruits, crisps, non-alcoholic sparkling wine (alcoholic on request, depends on budget)

12. Group Coordinator – $25 per group per arrival in Arusha hotel / $20 per day in parks (excluding park fees)

    • Luggage assistance to rooms

    • Pre-filled registration forms (passport copies sent in advance)

    • Bill sorting and handling extras

13. Luggage storage (in Arusha) – Free

14. Guidelines Leaflet – $3 per person

    • Information on Tanzania (photography, currency, health, safety, country details, safari tips, activities, excursions)
